Leah has over 20 years experience within the Commercial and Personal Development sector. As both trainer and coach, she has extensive knowledge in delivering employability skills training providers and Local Government.
Leah also provides specialist career marketing skills for senior executives undergoing career direction and transition.
As Principal Consultant, she draws upon her Management, Consulting and Coaching expertise to enable individuals to develop and grow. Leah is passionate in delivering creative and pragmatic programmes that help to solve challenging workplace situations.
The company works within a small community of specialist trainers who provide the skills and experience necessary in meeting the diverse business needs of both individuals and organisations alike.
Talent Alchemy is aimed at graduates entering the workplace, and works primarily to help them manage the transition, to explore who they are professionally. By providing coaching support in helping them navigate their way through the maze of sustaining working relationships with their workplace peers and senior staff.
