About Kamran Assadi
Kamran has spent many of his years working hard to become the dynamic creative man you see today. He has dabbled in the artforms of poetry (writing and performing), acting, filmmaking and radio presenting – and has been interviewed himself by the likes of BBC Radio, OHTV and Premier Gospel.
He has become experienced in the online journalism world making a name and profession for himself over the past few years having his writing published for high-profile brands like Huffington Post UK, MTV UK (The Wrap Up), MOBO (Music of Black Origin), The Voice Newspaper, SoulCulture, The Guestlist Network and Nupé.
Recently, Kamran has adapted his transferable skillset and expertise to the demands of the digital age by honing his love of social media and marketing into a promising career in the marketing industry. His services have so far been used by record label EMI Music, arts venue The Barbican Centre, performance poetry organisation Apples and Snakes and PR/Communications agency Rich Visions.
Kamran is a proud father of one who writes about his experiences for a fatherhood blog called Daddy Diaries, and loves passing on his knowledge, advice and experience to others who need it – especially young people.
Kamran is an accredited Enterprise Mentor and a member of the Institute of Enterprise and Entrepreneurs (IOEE). In his spare time, he currently mentors a young upcoming music journalist called Sope Soetan.
